How doe we determine what format and structure to upload Bank Reconciliation?

Hi Community,
 
In bank Reconciliation, there is this import bank statement, may I know how doe we determine what format and what structure do we set up our excel sheet or pdf such that BC/NAV can recognize/read and populate all the data in BC?

    Typically you will see what format your bank can provide, you would login to your bank and export a statement in either excel or csv to get the format.

    Yes, it depends on the format provided by the bank in your region. For example, in Japan, it used to be Txt format, but now it has become XML.

    For Import Bank Statements, you need to Configure the Data Exchange Definitions as per the Format of the Bank Statement File.
