Adding custom UI on home page.

Hi There,
I want to add simple my own DIV on home page of customer service without using MS dynamics 365 power app.
 
I do not want to use inbuild feature of the MS Dynamics 365, I want to do it with HTML CSS and JS.

    Hello Sir,
    You can directly upload HTML, CSS, and JavaScript file into Dynamics 365 using Web resources. Then, you can embed that custom files into forms or dashboards etc..

    Thanks for your quick response and we don't want to use Microsoft dynamics customization tool. We want to use .NET and html or JavaScript all together to display html content
    on Microsoft dynamic 365 customer service page. Kindly refer the screenshot. 
     
    Our basic requirement is ->
    1. we want to add custom button on this home page and on click of button we need to call Api that Api's will give some results which we need to show on the given below home page.
    2. language we are planning to use c#.net and html JavaScript.
