security role access settings for case

Hi, I have created a new role with case entity and a customized entity full access. But this role can not see the relevant cases associated to the customized entity, when I login as admin, I can see those cases. What else access the role needs?

    Hi,

     which users/teams own the cases and what kind of access have you configured in that role? Does the role give org-level access to the cases, or is it user/bu-level? There must be some sort of mismatch there.
