Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 Outlook integration Permission Denied

I am trying to use the Outlook Integration with NAV2018 and am getting this error message after entering in username and NAVUSER password

Sorry, that didn't work

Permission denied

Restart ->

anybody have any idea what permission I need to adjust/add?

    Hi, Please recheck the settings below.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/setting-up-office-add-ins-outlook-inbox#prerequisites

    Also, please use a user with Super permission when testing.

    steps completed, I am a super user but still not able to get past the login screen, same blue page error message

    Are you talking about Outlook Synchronization via Outlook OnPrem or Office Add-In Business Inbox? Both solutions are different in setup requirements.
