Hello All,

Issue
We have purchased the following licenses for the implementation of D365F&SCM, but we cannot find the project in the LCS portal and are unable to create it due to the error below.
We have tried on instances in France, Europe, and the United States, but the issue persist.

I removed some details like tenant and plan ID.
We also tried to increase from 15 to 20 licenses Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management Attach, but the problem persists.

Have you assigned a SCM license to your own user?
Contrary to AX2009, Licensing in D365 is direct-assign to user, either through the M365 admin center or an Azure Entra-ID group.

Hi,

It looks like you meet the minimum license requirements. The error is unexpected. I suggest you to create a ticket for Microsoft Support to get this sorted.

Yes, all in a single tenant.

I opened a ticket with Microsoft, but in the meantime, the issue resolved itself. In fact, when accessing LCS, I was able to configure everything. It was probably a temporary issue with the platform.
