I HAVE PROBLEM WITH CHANGING COST PRICE OF ITEMS IN STORE MANAGER AND HQ AFTER MADE THE PO.

NORMALLY WE ARE MAKING PO IN ONE STORE AND TRANSFER THE QUANTITY TO OTHER STORES.BUT IF WE CHECK THE STORE COST IN HQ,IT WILL BE DIFFERENT,GENERAL COST OF HQ AND STORE MANAGER OF THAT PARTICULAR ITEM SHOWING DIFFERENT COST.WHY ITS HAPPENED AND WHAT WILL BE THE SOLUTION . PLZ ADVISE ME

Check item cost history, u might issued change item price as well as its equivalent configuration in hq manager.

Hi Ed boyer,

I have not put any markup to the store.We are calculated costing is weighted average cost.Suppose item A @ the cost 500 for all stores,after few days this 500 will change,250,400,300,350 like different cost for different stores.This will affect the G.P because its calculating average for all the prices.I want to know how the cost is varying for all the stores?

The store is separate from the headquarters cost. Since you might have a markup from the warehouse to the store. Or the cost from store to store could vary. Under the Item Properties there is a tab for store cost. Each store will be listed and the cost at that store for that item.

Also: PLEASE don't type your question in all CAPS. This is considered shouting and rude behavior on a forum.
