Transfer Orders having Created status are started displaying at POS and the changes made in Transfer Order are not updated at POS?

Ideally Transfer Orders should be displayed after the shipment. Once created they are started displaying at POS. This creates a confusing situation for the store staff.

Additionally if an article is removed from a Transfer Order from Head Office interface, it is continue displaying at POS and is not update at POS.

    Hi,

It seems that there is some issue with the real time service as transfer orders from AX to POS are through the real time service. Could you try to create a new sales order in AX with the warehouse as the retail warehouse and verify whether the order is available on the POS.

    Regards,

    Hi Naeem,

Did you find a solution for your second problem, in which if an article is removed/added from a Transfer Order from Head Office interface, it is not update at POS. We are facing a similar issue and due to this POS gives an error. We have to rectify from HQ side.
