Some environments do not upgrade

Hello.
A minor BusinessCentral update yesterday left one Sandbox environment unupdated.
I'd like to update to the same version. Does anyone know how to do it?

As a side note, this is the only environment that has an Update window set (0:00:00 - 6:00:00). What does this have to do with it?

Thank you for an answer.
It looked like this when I opened the same screen.
Clicking UPDATE does nothing.

This is the only old environment, how do I get the latest version?

Click on on the particular sandbox that you want to update. A detailed page open from where you can update it.

The page looks like this.
