mPOS printing using opos drivers but PSP cannot print card receipts using opos drivers

Hi All

I am currently working on a project implementing mPOS (Microsoft Modern POS) into 28+ stores in EMEA but i am having huge issues with printing. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3 as a back end.

Currently the process is, press cred card as tender, our PSP pops up (in a completely different window) and then the card is inserted, once approved the PSP integration then sends the merchant and customer card receipt to the Epson receipt printer (via windows driver) and then the pop up closes. The POS software then prints 2 copies of the receipt, one for the customer and one for us to retain.

The issue i am facing is that mPOS only prints using opos drivers and it appears that our PSP can not print to opos drivers (as opos does not allow the printer to be set up in devices and printers for the PSP plugin to see it). If i configure opos then mPOS prints the receipts perfectly but fails to print the card receipts.

So i have tried to install the opos driver and then then windows driver, issue then is the windows driver wins, our PSP can then send the prints and mPOS errors as i cannot print the normal receipt.

Has anyone seen this issue and know how to fix it, its driving me mad. All answers will be a great help
