Hi! I m havng an issue with the Notes on my cases in CRM 2016. If I edit a case that has notes made by another team member, when I save any edits to the case all the notes are being updated with my name and the current date. I need the notes to retain the name of the team member who entered them and the date the note was added. HELP!

Sure if you check the 1:N relationships under case for the one to Notes, and change it like so it should stop this behaviour.

I had the same issue and this resolved the issue. As on picking up the case the users were assigning to themselves and so the cascading reassigned all the notes to them too.

I'd check the relationship between the Case and Annotation Entities.
