Hello all,

How to resolve the below error while posting a statement-

While processing the state Customer order created, generic exception encountered in retail statement 0001-000016846 in the controller : Dimensions location level and below have been specified on the order line. Warehouse management processing can no longer be used to process this line.

The quantity being returned is greater than what can be covered by the return lot.

    Normally the solution is update the blocked transactions form DB side.

    Can you please mark my suggestion as "Answered" if it's usefully.

    I had to raise it to Microsoft and they have fixed it for us.

    Resolution from MS:

    - Data fix executed via an IcM ticket

    - Root cause of the issue is currently to be fixed in version 10.0.13 – bug summary: When aggregation is ON, but transaction is marked with SkipAggregation, then the original inventory transactions is not recovered properly in return posting.

    Hi,

    This is one known issue for the standard ENV. The D365 product team will fix this issue in the future.

    But if you want post the currently statement, please log a new service request to Microsoft support team, then they will help unblock this statement from DB side.
