Management Reporter connection

We have a customer that is on Citrix.  When then launch MR it launches with the incorrect Server port.  They change the port, and are able to get into MR.  But when they exit and then relaunch, it again comes up with port 4720 instead of 4713.  Is there a configuration file that holds this information?  Does anyone know why the port is reverting to one the don't use each time they launch MR?  Thanks in advance for you help.
