At a client site, I have a user trying to print purchase orders through an RDP connection. When he does, the PO prints with the Contoso world logo and not their own. This is one user getting this problem. I've made sure he has rights to the usr_rpts folder and that the PO reports in the folder have the logo on them. I do note that he is on a trusted domain when he logs into the terminal server. Not sure if this is the issue, as the SL user record has him in that trusted domain.
I'm also not certain yet, if he's the ONLY member of the trusted domain trying to access usr_rpts in SL. I'll check on that shortly.
Hopefully someone has a solution/suggestion/answer for me.
Thanks!
If it is a Terminal Server user, and there is a full install of Dynamics SL on that server (whereas SL clients are mapped to a different server), then you'll need to update the Solomon.ini file on the Terminal Server to point to the Usr_Rpts folder on the SL Server
[Reports]
User Directory=\\servername\SL\Applications\Usr_Rpts
Make sure he has permissions to the logo bitmap file, usually in the folder above the usr_rpts one. It also has to be mapped the exact same way, so if everyone else is using Dynamics from S:\, this user must as well.
