How can the actual time of a work line be "0"

Hi All,

With personalisation of my screen Work I added the column "Actual Time" to the Work line details. When testing this field I noticed that the time is quite accurate and therefor I would like to use it for some Warehouse KPI's.

But when checking the production environment I also noticed quite some picked lines where the actual time was "0". Even with a very skilled picker it should take at least a few seconds to scan location and license plate. Is there anyone who can explain how this time can be "0"?
We are using AX2012 R3.

    Hello JasperLF,

    Have you talked to the one who did the picking in this specific case?

    There might have been something wrong or something special that resulted in this outcome.

    I believe that the one who recorded those transactions should be able to tell you the details.
