I work with a large customer service organization that uses Dynamics 365 for CS to send out emails to their customers. When doing so they are experiencing issues with the fonts in emails and signatures. The problem is:
- Email templates: Font is Verdana. It is not possible to select Segoe UI
- Emails: Font is Segoe UI.
My customer uses both free text and email templates in combination - therefore one email will contain several fonts which is definitely not ideal.
Any ideas how to overcome this?
