Have you ever met that Purchase Quantity is changed but Inventory Quantity is not change in PO ?

Hi Peter,
It is possible to change the inventory quantity separate from the purchase quantity. Can you tell if you changed the quantity after having received an invoice for part of the order line? If so, check the invoice if this one has caused the issue. It could have wrong matching details for three-way matching (e.g. invoice quantity 22, matched receipts 20).

I changed it after a first PO Confirmation. The PO has not been received or invoiced.
I know 2 reasons can make Purchase Quantity be different from Inventory Quantity:
- Manually adjust on Inventory Quantity
- or Purchase Unit is different from Inventory Unit
Are there more reasons can make this issue ?
