I need an advise on how to use correctly and efficiently email tracking in CRM using outlook.
In the past we have tried that but we met different issue as below :
- We were not able to filter correctly what to track, so we get a lot of spam in our CRM records
- Some of our user send most of their email through outlook and those email was not track in CRM. Send email was track only if send inside CRM
Any advise how to perform correctly in order that email send/receive from outloog track correctly with proper relation in CRm ?
Thanks to share your experience and setup on this.
Please note that we are a small company, so we do not need complex structure but this is basics and help other people to follow customer or project activities in CRM records
