My .NET based form regularly work in desktop client, but in web client when click in the menu, form will not open.

It is my understanding that this functionality will be available, just not with the initial release of the web client.

The .NET forms from Visual Studio Tools are not supported on the Web Client. Because they don't originate within a Dexterity dictionary, the web client runtime cannot render them.
