Omnichannel - Unable to configure app for environment

Hi, 
I can´t see the Environments listed when I try to configure the Omnichannel app in Dynamics 365 CE.
 
I have these apps enabled on my CRM environment
 
When I go to configure the Omnichannel, I get this error when trying to add an environment
 
 
Environment is in US region and my trial plan has the following add ons 
Any idea?. Thanks in advance!

    Hi There,
     
    Microsoft stated that starting Saturday, April 1, 2023, they will be deprecating the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service application and will encourage customers to migrate to the Customer Service workspace application. 
     
    Refer to this blog:
     
    I can see the customer service workspace app, use that.
     
    Secondly, you also have customer service admin app, you can use that to make configurations.
