Having difficulties getting the Retail Hardware Station to pair with the MPOS. Does anybody have an ideas?

Hi Andreas, a quick question, does CPOS support shared printer also. If YES can you please share the configuration.
Also, can we configure CPOS with network printer, if yes then how??
MPOS support both dedicated and shared printer.??

"Contact your system administrator" basically means "check the event log for more information". On the box that has HardwareStation installed look in “Event Viewer (Local)/Applications and Services Logs/Microsoft/Dynamics/Commerce-HardwareStation/Operational”.
Hi Andre, Yes that is the setup information that I have followed. I am now finally able to get my hardware stations on the MPOS, however, now I can't get one of them to pair. 'There was an error communicating with the hardware station. Please contact your system administrator'. I have gone through all the troubleshooting listed on the link above. I am able to ping successfully, the port is open in the firewall. The only thing that I don't have is the Merchant account information installed. In the Hardware Profile, I have NONE selected for EFT service. So when installing the Retail Hardware station, on the last step (installing the merchant), I do get an error on the merchant install. However, prior to that step, the install is successful. Is this a bug? Why would I be required to setup the merchant information, when I selected NONE in the setup.
