Quote pdf export changing values/formatting, word template is fine

Hey guys,

looking for some troubleshooting help. I changed one of my quote word templates. After uploading the new template the word export is A-OK, but when testing the "export to pdf", the format/value of some decimal number changed in the generated pdf. Following is a snippet of the exported word and pdf files. 1,0 will turn into 10.000.000.000,0 and 15,00 will turn into 150.000.000.000,00. Old templates have the same issue.

Im pretty sure this problem didnt occur 1-2 weeks ago. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Anyone have any idea how to tackle the probem? Its hard to find any starting point to solving this problem, since the word document is generated just fine.

Any help appreciated!

    Hi there, this is a know issue already reported internally with fix planned to be deployed until the end of this month.

    The know workarounds so far is refresh the browser and chose the template by the first time in the PDF screen, as the next ones will cause the issue you need to refresh the browser. Another workaround but more manual would be export the Word template and later convert it to pdf .

    Thanks for the info! I already suggested the "second workaround" to users. Good to know that its being fixed.
