Position Error on Workflows

Hello,

I have a position hierarchy and I use it on workflow. When person submit a project Quotation to workflow he receive error like this;

 X++ Exception: Position couldn't find. make sure employee assigned to a position.
at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy
SysWorkflowQueue-resume
SysWorkflowMessageQueueManager-executeTask
SysWorkflowMessageQueueManager-run

The employee is assigned a position. and position is active. but he receive this error.

Other employees hierarchy is ok and they don't receive this error.

but this employee receives it.

How can I solve this.

where is my mistake?

    Hi David,

    Have you checked if the particular position of this person has the field "Reports to position" filled? If that is empty it also cannot find a position of the manager.

    Hi Andre,

    yes Reports to position field is not blank.

    bur there a stuation.

    Reports to position is called Branch Manager

    and  Branch Manager Position's report to position is Operation Manager.

    Positions workers are same.

    so Branch manager assistant submit the workflow.

    branch manager called Daniel. and the work assign daniel,

    after daniel is approve it The work assign to daniel again. because daniel is Branch Manager and Operation Manager.

    is might be reason?
