Product Receipt journal is not showing window or Form before posting it as posting check box unchecked

Dear Experts,

Some time, before in our Ax system,whenever, we used to post Product receipt with unchecked posting check box(in the above pic i highlighted with  green color the unchecked posting check box ) it used to show another window or form to watch the data which we are posting are correct, right now the situation is if we want to unchecked the posting checked box and click ok button, it doesn't show that form or window just to confirm if the data is ok or not.Further if we unchecked the posting check box and then click ok it will remove the entered data.Please help!

    Hello Shabir Ahmad,

    In your screenprint I can identify some light lines that indicate mandatory fields.

    Is it possible that you did not fill them completely before hitting the OK button?

    On the right-hand side I can identify some additional customized parameters that have not been checked.

    Can you select the first one and try again?

    No, i filled these fields and the pic i have given is after pressing OK Button this window is showing, means when you press "OK" button and unchecked posting check box so it lost the data showing the above window in the pic.
