Failed code upgrade from AX 2012

Hi

I am doing a code upgrade in LCS from AX 2012 to Finance and operations.it keeps stopping at 22% with the error

The file generated reads

    Issue resolved ,i had to uninstall all the ISV models.

    In this case, I would suggest to retry once more or contact Microsoft Support to get some help.

    Hi,

    The version is  AX 2012 R3 CU 13.The build number is what was generated in the summary file generated in LCS.

    What is the exact source version of your AX 2012 environment? Is it the build number you mentioned in your question?
