Hello Guys,
Today i come across the situation where i am not able to select the Existing Potential Customer from the opportunity page.
Steps are.
Create lead.
Qualify it .
Now on the opportunity page click on Potential Customer Dropdown, It will show existing potential Customer.
When i am selecting those it's not getting selected.
what could be the root cause for this. any suggestion guys.??

Actually why this behaviour i didn't understand.
when i observer the Potential Customer was already there on the opportunity page but the difference is that it was displayed on the right corner but in the left side the dropdown was not showing the same.
so i clicked on the right side potential customer then it went to the contact page.
later i come back without doing anything on the contact page.
after coming back the already selected value was already there in the left side dropdown list.
