Hi, I have exported a view from CRM to an excel format (.xls) The aim is for when we update the spreadsheet, CRM is then updated and visa versa. I have checked the connections in Excel and it seems to be linked to the CRM Grid as it should be, however, when i 'refresh all' the excel spreadsheet clears all data and I am left with a blank form. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
