Dynamics 365 - Voice of the Customer - Respondent field not populating after capturing survey response

Hi All,

Iam new to Voice of the Customer in CRM. I have created a survey and distributed the survey using Email to one of my CRM contacts. As this is a non - anonymous survey, after receiving the survey response iam expecting the respondent should be tagged. But Survey Response record is getting created in CRM  but the Respondent field is not getting populated. Please find the below screen shots for your reference. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sri Kanth, did you found out what caused this behaviour? In our production environment the respondent field is empty when the response comes from a lead.

    When the respondent is a contact, all's well.

    Thanks Raj for the Response. FYI I am using CRM trail instance. Also Iam not able to find "Trigger Response Processing" inside the solution. Is this is a limitation for the trail instance? Because of I am using CRM trail the Respondent is not getting captured?

    BTW iam following the same process as per the url you share. Still no success.
