Can I use the data coming in from an Optimizely form to work with Dynamics Customer Journeys?

For example if I have a Dynamics Customer Journey that has an if/then statement based on Form data, can I pull in data from an Optimizely Form submission or does/can it pull that same data requirement from somewhere else.

Background: We are currently weighing the pros and cons of using Optimizely versus Dynamics forms and don't know how it will influence Customer Journeys in Dynamics.

Hi,

If the form you'd like to track is an external one, you can use the form capture feature in Dynamics.

Use form capture to integrate a form created externally

Or you can refer to the introduction of the connector from Optimizely:
