My client is looking to implement GP's Time Card solution, but for their factory floor and other selected areas they require a more formal timeclock system. That said can anyone provide some recommendations? Is there an available solutions that ties into GP? Please advise. Look forward to a response.

A little late to respond here, but https://www.noahface.com may be another option. It's pretty streamlined and quick to setup.
We are currently evaluating Sierra Workforce Solutions. We did research several others, but they required more work on our side. They have a nice integration with GP. Talk to your Dynamics partner about getting a call together or contact them on your own. http://sierraws.com/
