Human Resource Instances Details??

Hi Everyone,

I have two questions basically.

First, From where I can see details of all instances of Dynamics 365 Human Resources? I want to be able to see all instances (Sandbox and Production) details such as Instance GUID, login URL, all the users having access to which environment etc. The Environments showed in Power Platform Admin Center are the HR instances or they represent something else? Please clarify as I am quite confused right now.

Second question. When I logged in to https://signin.hr.talent.dynamics.com with my credentials I can see all Legal Entities that I created earlier. But when one of the users logs in she can only see default LE which is DAT. I compared the URLs and instance GUIDs are not matching. The user is present in desired HR instance with System Admin role.

Please guide.

    So i was able to figure out that all HR instances are managed in LCS respective project. The user was able to login to correct instance just fine now.

    However, I still don't understand completely about the environments which show up in Power platform admin center. Usage and development perspective what is the difference between HR instances and Power admin center Environments? The names are matching.

    I'm not sure I understand your current ask. Are you seeing any other environments in Power Platform Admin Center or just the 2 HR instances (Sandbox and Production)?

    Hi,

    When you have a D365 HR environment then you should have the corresponding environment in CDS. Always match the Org id in both the environment. Power Admin center environment - Can be used for many purposes such as Data integration(D365 HR and F&O), Power apps, other integration purposes.
