Hi,
 
One of my friend wants to start Dynamics 365 CE. He is from non it background but has taken few courses to build database and oop concept.
 
What are the best layman learning materials or guide for so he can excel in his career.

    1.Dataverse
    --Dataverse lets you securely store and manage data that's used by business applications.
    --App makers can then use Power Apps to build rich applications that use this data.
    2.Each Dynamics 365 CE Applications:
    Sales, Customer service, marketing, Field Service..
    3.Model-driven apps
    --These CE applications are Model-driven apps.
    --Model-driven app design is an approach that focuses on adding components such as forms, views, and charts and dashboards to tables using an app designer tool. 
    4.Environment:
    --A Power Platform environment is a space to store, manage, and share your organization's business data, apps, chatbots, and flows.
