Once you create the custom API Page, you can access with
api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../<your domain>/api/<ApiPublisher>/<ApiGroup>/<ApiVersion>/companies(<companyId>)/<entitySetNames>

But how would I create a custom endpoint and access that with this url? It only provides access to default 44 APIs
The endpoint is wrong. it should be something like api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../<environment name>/api/v1.0

Is there something I need to configure for OData to work in Dynamic 365 business central cloud? I still get the error "could not get any response" with this also - tenant.financials.dynamics.com:7048/.../Company

You can enable it using set-navserverconfiguration command
Is there a way to enable this on a docker sandbox via the PowerShell vs trying to figure out a way to get the Admin Tool ?
