The new entity does not appear in the processes

Good morning,

I am editing a table adding new entities to it. The entity in question is a multiple choice column:

What I want to do next is to create a process whereby depending on the department that is included in that column, different emails are sent to different people. Normally, the generation of that mail I make it by means of this:

But when I try to look for the new column I created to generate the conditioner, it does not appear.

Can you help me?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

This is the limitation of multiselect optionset. You can't  use them in business process flow/workflow/business rule.

You can get more details from the following link.

Limitations of Multi Select Option Sets in Dynamics 365 CE – Nishant Rana's Weblog

I find a flexible alternative to the out-of-box multi select. You can try to use it.

GitHub - khorozhansky/Advanced-MultiSelect-for-Dynamics: Advanced MultiSelect for Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM is a multi-select / multi-checkbox control on a form. It represents a set of related data items (based on N:N relations + FetchXml) and gives a user an ability to associate/disassociate records of related entities in a quick and convenient way.

Or, You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

    Ideas (dynamics.com)

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

    Hi PabloRF,

Please take a look at this. itaintboring.com/dynamics-crm/dynamics-365-v9-multi-select-option-set/

It's a limitation of the Multiselect optionset
