Field Quote accepted doesn't update when I make a quote into an order

Hi there.

when I take a sales quote and turn it into a sales order, then the sales quote gets pushed to the archive. In the archived sales quotes there is a field named "Quote accepted" which I want to use to filter on (so I can see which quotes where archived because they became orders and which where archived because we didn't get the order). But the field value returns false in both cases. It seems like the field isn't being updated properly. Is there some kind of setting I need to do to make this happen?
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

In the sales quote, you need to manually turn on the Boolean field 'Quote Accepted'. After that, you can convert the quote, and it will also appear on the archive page.

Hope this will help you, Do not forget to make it answered if you get your answer.

    Hello,

As far as i am checking in BC 25.5 Version, Yes it is not updated while Convert the Order from Quote.

And on the Sales Quote the fields are Non-editable.

You need to Custom the same.

You can make the field editable from the design tab, you do not need to do customization, just use the design action.

    Hope This would be help.

    Hello Jinal,

when I try to make the field editable I get an error saying there are other conditions preventing the field from becoming editable. Any thoughts?

Design extensions cannot be directly applied to production environments.

So it is recommended that you make a small customization directly.

    Thanks

    Hello  ,

I agreed with @Yun Zhu Sir, Design extensions cannot be directly applied to production environments.

Because After Successfully Design, it requires extension and it will impact the Production Data.

I am working in a Sandbox environment. I did the steps like Jinal said (Unlock editing) but then they Say there is some other condition that is preventing the field from becoming editable.

HI , There is no Editable = false property set for this field, so it should be editable.

It doesn't look like this field is intended to be used in the UI because even if you unlock editing its not editable.
