"The production order does not exist"

One of our Nav users was copying and pasting order numbers into the field filter.  He pasted an incomplete order number into the field filter and received the message "The production order does not exist".  Now he cannot get into Finished Orders.  When he tries he gets this message each time.  He has tried clearing the filter, but this does not help.  Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve this for our user?  Thanks.

    Hi,

    Welcome to the community!

    You can delete/rename the user's ZUP settings file which has stored the incorrect filter.
