Hi, We just changed our company logo how do I get the new image to replace our old image on invoice, POs, packing slips etc..??? Thanks

    Move the logo from the folder where it is stored.  Name the logo the same name as the old logo and put it in the folder where all the Cyrstal Reports are pointing.

    [/quote]AFAIK, crystal allows blob fields for images.  So,
    1. Create custom table to hold all the images in respective blob fields e.g.
    2. create table xCompanyImagesForReports
      (
      CompLogo Image NULL,
      BankAcctX Image NULL,
      SomeOtherImag Image NULL
      )
    3. Write custom screen to manage this table using Solomon VB Tools (only if you want to integrate with Solomon) Make sure the images you store are either BMP or JPG, which are supported by Crystal.
    4. Modify all you crystal reports to include this table and use appropriate BLOB field for the image

     Open up Crystal Reports modify the xxxxxxxx.rpt file for each of your Documents ,Invoices and PO's etc. and save them in the solomon/Usr_Rpts folder this way you always have the originals, SL is smart enough to grab the customized reports first when printing.

    Hmmmm... I know that the various third-party programs allow you to specify the location of the logo for each bank account, and that logo prints on the crystal report...  If you could somehow specify the LOCATION of the file within the crystal, rather than the actual logo, it would make it easier to change....

    Does anyone know if this is possible in Crystal, and if so, how?

    Hi Justin,

     I beleive that you will need to modify each one of the crystal reports individually to add the logo to each report. I don't beleive that tere is any global way to assign the logo to all of your crystal reports.
