
I am receiving a SmartHeap Library issue when trying to launch a new install on a client of Dynamics GP 10.00.1487. We also installed the current Windows updates. When we try to launch GP then splash screen appears and then the SmartHeap Library is minimized at the bottom of the screen. We cannot log into GP 10. Any suggestions on how to resolve this client's issue? Thanks!

I have sometimes received this error when there was something wrong with my Dynamics.set file. Open it up and make sure everything is in the correct order. By that I mean that the product code then application and at the bottom the app, forms & reports lines are in the correct position.
