This is a fairly common scenario where small companies are concerned. You should understand that the default frequency for the GL Transaction to Fact synchronization of MR can be a resource hog. You should take a look at a post or two on scheduling that to a more appropriate frequency. Let your users know MR data update may lag several minutes if you tweak this setting.

There is no concern having the MR 2012 service and eConnect running of the same server, but as Harry pointed out, if you use the data mart, performance issues could occur..
