Is it possible to run a report with all/selected emails and download all the insights without going into each email and extracting information.
If you want to have custom reports, you need to download the insights data on a blob storage and create power bi reports. We currently have similar requirements and that seems to be the only option and get customized insight reports.

Reporting on email KPI's is becoming very time consuming and I am surprised MS have not made this a standard view.

A blob storage is an extra database that is created on the azure portal.
The costs depend on the size and performance. You should find more information in that link I provided

Currently the only option is to export the data out to create your own reports for these. However, we do have it in our roadmap to provide OOB PowerBI reports in the product. Some of these features are already in preview with real-time marketing. The preview dashboard provides a ranking of all your content pieces and journeys in one place. we are lookin gat improving these reports to cater to your scenario in future but i do not have a timeline. Thanks for getting back to me Preeti, this type of reporting is so valuable and helps plan better, hopefully we won't have to wait too long!!
Thanks for your response. I am also looking into having a single view/dashboard of all marketing emails including statistics like unique opens, open rate, unique clicks, opt outs etc. Given that some time has passed since this conversation started on this thread, is there some ETA on when will such dashboard options be availabe inside Dynamics 365 marketing?
