Hello there,

I am trying to update the sales invoice status via Update Sales Invoice API, but getting some errored response.

To get quick help, I have explained this issue in detail in StackOverflow, whose link is here - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77795282/how-do-i-update-status-of-sales-invoice-via-business-central-api

Can somebody please check and let me know as what is going wrong here, and why am I getting such error while trying to update the status of sales invoice?

Thank you.

Hi, If you want to modify the status field below, this cannot be modified directly. Similar to what I mentioned in my post below, you need to create a Bound Action to handle this problem.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

Thanks Yun Zhu, but what kind of Bound action I need to use for Sales invoice, in order to mark it as paid? I am not able to find any documentation for that. Actually I want to mark the sales invoice as paid via an MS Business Central API and not from UI.
