Hi,
No. The email router can support multiple Exchange Servers (Incoming and Outgoing Profiles) and CRM Deployments. We currently run both our development and test deployments via the same Email Router installation.
If the exchange server is the same all you need to do is add another deployment (Tab 3 on the Email Router Configuration), then publish the configuration.
