Hi Community
Do we have any tool to upgrade/migrate the AX for Retail POS customized code to D365 Store commerce ?
Or do we have to redesign all the customization codes in D365 ?

Thanks In advance

    Hello Judy
This explains about the migration of D365 Commerce MPOS to Store commerce, but my question is different how will I be able to migrate the AX 2012 for Retail POS customization to D365 Store commerce ?

I would recommend you add more information to your question.  Are you using EPOS/MPOS on AX? If it is EPOS, some major redesign will be required. I leave it for the developers to answer in more detail.

    Hi Shafeeque
We are using EPOS & Can you give me reasons why we have to redesign major parts?

We are checking whether we have to upgrade or reimplement from AX 2012 R3 to D365 .

    Regards

EPOS is not supported in Dynamics 365 Commerce and the tech stack for MPOS/Store Commerce is different from EPOS. You will be able to reuse some database objects in the channel, but you will need some re-work  on the retail server and POS side.
