Quote Close Subject missing in Activities view on Account Form

Hello,

There are few Quote Close activities generated without subject, this is a random issue. Few Quote Close activity having null and some not. I am finding a cause o this but no luck. Have any one ever experienced such scenario? Please help on this!

    Hi,

    Since you are talking about custom filed that won't be a OOB functionality.

    you have to find that workflow that causing the issue, there must be a workflow/plugin that working on users context due to which the subject field is black in some cases.

    There is something automation when I am taking custom field then its populating the subject on Quote Close Activity, But when I am searching system Jobs, Not able to find any process running for this. Confuse how this works. Is it an OOB functionality? or for Quote Close activity needs to setup configuration?

    Is there any workflow to set activity subject, how those activities are getting created, is it manual or any automation behind it?
