    Julio

    Here is the work around for SharePoint workflow, for purchase orders. How to add attachments to Purchase Order. Although, Since you are on GP2014 SP2, upgrading your system to 2013 R2 should provide you with wide ore features regarding this specific requirements. You can have a complete cycle for PO starting from previous stages (requisitions), which is totally enhanced along the Web Client and desktop application. There is a totally separate workflow engine in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2, and many other features are yet to come in the 2015 release by the end of this year hopefully.

    Therefore, set up a proper plan to upgrade rather than investing in previous versions along with work around solutions to cover basic business functionality.

    These documents can be viewed as long as you can access the PO Entry or inquiry window.

    If you are talking about SharePoint workflow, you can get them on the SharePoint level.

    Yes, attachments are available for purchase order in GP 2013 SP2. You need to initially allow the "Document Attachment" as mentioned above, once activated, you will have a "Clips" icon as shown below;

    Hello Julio

    In Dynamics GP version prior to GP 2013 R2, you can't attach documents on submitted the requisitions, there are work around solutions though. Now in GP 2013 R2, you can simply activate the document attachment on the company level and attach as many documents as required for the requisition.

    For GP 2013 R2:

    To activate document attachment, go to (Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools  > Setup > Company > Document Attachment Setup). Click on Allow Document attachment.

    When you go to requisition entry, you will find an attachment button as shown below;
