Error "Can't open this page" when using Advanced Find in D365 Sales

Encountering the following issue. Able to log into Dev environment and open Adv Find from the funnel icon. However, when clicking on the drop down to select an entity, system throws "Can't open this page" error message. Already cleared cache, restarted computer, and tried using both regular Chrome browser and incognito Chrome browser. Tried it in Edge as well (even though we don't typically use Edge) and received a similar error.

Has anyone experienced this issue? This is the first time we've encountered it and it is only occurring for one user. I've attached screenshots

Edge error

    Hi,
I went through the same thing yesterday, but today everything is fine.
If the problem persists, we recommend that you open one ticket for the Microsoft Support team:

I believe it is due to a chromium issue. Tab haging/crashed when select a large list dropdown.
You may use other browser like Firefox as workaround and wait for the fix release.

I'm having the same exact issue only when opening a drop down that interacts with all the entities?  in Advanced find or process.

The strange this is, it only occurs on one laptop.  The other laptops don't have that issue?

We started seeing this issue in my company in the last couple of days also.

Several developers are now experiencing the same issue, and can't find anyway around it.
Luckily I have avoided this specific error,  but many of the Devs are seeing this error in both edge and chrome.

It would seem likely to be a Microsoft issue given the fact it is affecting people across multiple environments.
