Since the past week, some users see an empty sub-grid even though there are associated records in custom entity. Relationship is added to the Navigation pane on the form.
I have system-admin and system-customizer privileges and I am able to view the records.
The number of users are increasing day by day. how do I get to the bottom of this and get it resolved?
Any help would be very much appreciated as this has become a pressing issue. Thank you very much.
