Notes for purchase invoices

Hi,

I have a question regarding creating notes for purchase invoices.
Currently, every user can edit or delete notes created by other users.
Is it possible to disable this feature? So that you only can change or delete notes made by yourself.

Hi,

I am not sure if this would work as I couldn't try it out.

The notes are held within a table called Record Link so if you gave people permission to insert and read would that stop them from editing and deleting? It may also stop them from editing their own comments which might not be what you are looking for.

Hi Shauna,

Thank you for helping us with this problem.

In the permission set 'SI-ALLE' I deleted the 'modify permission' and 'delete permission' rights. But it's still possible to change or delete remarks. Do I need to select the 'start' button to use the new rights?

Because when I use the start botton I get the notification below.
