Hi. The LTL PRO number/tracking number is not carrying over to the posted shipment in posted invoices. We enter the Pro number (tracking number) when creating the BOL for an LTL shipment, and it shows when the warehouse shipment has posted, but at the end of the day when all sales shipments are posted and go into the posted sales invoices, the PRO number disappears.
We also post small package UPS and FedEX shipments, but those tracking numbers do remain in the posted sales invoices.
Can anyone tell us why this is happening and how we can fix this?
