Item Charges -COGS Breakdown - Analysis

We’re currently utilizing the Lot# and Item Charge features in Dynamics. Our goal is to get the detail of the COGS. Identifying the Material Cost and the costs associated with each Item Charge.

Is there a way to achieve this detailed breakdown in Dynamics? I considered using Dimensions, but I’ve hit a roadblock. I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas on how to approach this.

Could you tell me what app you are using in Dynamics 365?
