Is there anyway i can lock the editing of Purchase Orders after it had been released? Is there anyway we can do some setup so that it stops from editing after i release the PO?

I think you're looking at a customization to accomplish that. I'm not aware of any 3rd party produect that provides that functionality and GP does not.

Are you referring to limiting the ability to make changes to POs within the PO Entry window, using the Edit Purchase Orders function, or both?
Do you want to restrict everyone from making changes or limit it to select users?
